It's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of working with anyone as helpful as the team at LK Lettings. I am not an easy person to please and I'm inevitably disappointed with what the modern world considers acceptable in terms of quality and service. I've been working with Katie, Louise and Alex for a while now and they have all been unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable. It's not hard to see why they've won several awards, most recently the "Best Letting Agent in Farnham" award. You guys are an absolute breath of fresh air and deserve all of your success. Keep it up!!!!!!

These lovely ladies and their team took over my tenancy a couple of years ago and they went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, in and out of office hours. They personally introduced themselves and ensured everything was smoothly transferred over along with any reminders etc. They truly are amazing and very professional and so so lovely. I recently moved out of the area and from the moment I inquired about how I needed to start the process, they were with me, holding my hand all the way, reassuring me, guiding me and right up to the end (over christmas!) they were there for me. I cannot highly recommend Louise and Katie and their team enough, and wish them all the very best for the future. I really will miss them all. xx

We have just let out our property through LK Lettings, and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Theyve been honest and not at all pushy, unlike most estate and lettings agents Ive dealt with in the past, and have explained everything to us as this is our first time letting out a property, so were totally clueless. They have been patient and efficient, and we look forward to continuing to work with them over the next few years while renting out our property.

My partner and myself cannot thank LK Lettings enough for everything they have done for us so far! We havent had the easiest journey with other agents and they have completely ignored us due to previous credit issues however Alex at LK Lettings has just been nothing but amazing since the first phone call and is an absolute credit to the company. He has been amazing start to finish and did everything he possibly could to secure us our first home together and we collect the keys tomorrow! Once we had our offer accepted Louise started to liaise with us with regards to all documents and references and has been working tirelessly again to secure our new home for us. We honestly cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us and we wouldnt think twice about recommending you to anybody!
