I booked my van in for an MOT at the suggestion of their Aldershot branch as they did not have the facilities for my van which is a class 7. Waited a week for my appointment, and when I got to Motest, the couldn't get my van on their lift! Complete waste of time. I could have booked in with someone else rather than waiting a week for these guys. And my van isn't big either. Less than 6 metres in length. *Joke*

Don't expect them to actually clean your car if getting a full service. Booked in for an MOT and Full service. All went smoothly until I had to collect and they hadn't completed the "wash and vacuum" part of the service. Seems small but it's part of the checklist, and when you're paying 245 you expect everything to be done. I then had to wait another two hours to collect my car so they could complete the clean - of which I should never have bothered - all they did was give the outside a quick hose down and hoover the mats, they didn't bother with any other surface, or even under the mats. I had to finish the job myself when I got home. They made me feel dismissed and uncomfortable when I tried to explain to them that they'd wasted time out of my day by saying something was complete when it was not (I don't live nearby and had to walk there each time). Long story short, don't expect them to provide good customer service to you if you've had a bad service from them, they really don't care. And if you're a woman and hate going to garages because of the way they treat you, this place is no different, I would recommend somewhere else.
