Very impressed with our experience in the Farnham store today. Nicky was very helpful and professional in assisting us decide the best options for my rental flat. Lots of sound advice, in-depth knowledge of the product range and useful tips from a lovely lady who clearly wants to achieve the best results for her customers. Highly recommend!

I booked an appt with a competitor and ordered samples from Carpetright and the other one... As soon as I had my samples I got a phone call inviting me to get a free estimate and measure up appointment with quotation. Appointment made and all done and fitted within a month (there was a lot of decorating to do before fitting). Fitting team were brilliant too. I cancelled the appointment with the competitor who never contacted me in anyway - didn't care clearly. I have to say the lady in Farnham was brilliant - thanks for all you help! Carpet looks really lovely!
