Convenient location to the town centre and train station, good parking, and a great group of people in the offices. It feels more like a community hub than a serviced office. Good facilities and a very attentive and responsive team behind the scenes.

I have been renting office space here for around 2 years. The 24 hour access is ideal as I run an e-commerce business and have to start early and finish very late. The building is secure and I feel reassured that my stock and equipment is safe. Has all the amenities you need to run a business and it helps working in a building with lots of knowledgeable people who are happy to share ideas and give advice. I will soon be renting a larger space in the same complex. Will hopefully be the home of my business for several years to come

I am really thrilled with my new office. Modern, fully equipped with the good quality, very professional, quiet, peaceful, convenient to park (yourself or if you expect clients) so: Luxurious offices, Peaceful place, Quiet offices! Parking facilities- fantastic! I would also want to tell you about my experience with the Owner! Mr Kent Nick is a down to earth bloke who is constantly looking after his people, very easy to contact him and always there to help you. This last bit it is the most important point for me. I have used the offices at 11 Riverside for a few years. I like the clean, modern facilities. As it is an office within a shared space it is ideal for the sole practitioner or small business. There is opportunity to interact with other users and make use of a great meeting room and kitchen. Parking is easy for tenants and clients alike, with a public car park next door. Town is a few minutes walk and the new East Street development close by.
