        Sendingy husband here seemed a relief the staff were great. The doctor or manager was not. My husband was terminal and went and told mey children and I didn't want him to die at home so they would have to find him somewhere else to go. He had only been there 24 hours. I was heartbroken as he was already in a come. Can't forgive her

        My mum was looked after at Phyllis Tuckwell for the last month of her life. I found all the staff to be very supportive, caring, professional and understanding. It was upsetting that she couldnt be at home- where she wanted to be. But Phyllis Tuckwell was second best and I want to thank all the wonderful staff that made mums last days as comfortable as could be.
