        This is by far the best "gym" I have ever been to. The coaches are excellent, knowing when to encourage and praise and when to rein you in or tell you that you're trying to be too ambitious. In short, I love coming here. Update as at 2 February 23: still a great place to train; if you care about your health and fitness I thoroughly recommend training here.
