From the moment I first contacted them in connection with the prepaid funeral plan with Dignity Funerals I received sympathetic and efficient service throughout the process of arranging and carrying through my wife's funeral. Since then I have received follow up with arrangement for the preservation of her ashes. I opted for the embalming process but was warned that results are not always consistent with viewing. In fact, in my wife's case the result was succesful and characterised by my friend as " serene". I could not have expected better service than I experienced. Thoroughly recommended.

Cant fault the service I received here for my Mums funeral. Everything was handled professionally and with the utmost respect for my Mum, from seeing her in their chapel of rest to when the day arrived I was blown away by their compassion and service to provide my Mum with the best journey and care. Start to finish it was taken care of in a sensitive manner which was respectful to our family at such a hard time for us all. The celebrant Hannah was amazing she truly captivated my Mums life perfectly and Im so happy H C Patrick recommended her. If Im honest Ive never had to plan a funeral and therefore didnt know what to expect but I had a picture in my head of how I wanted it to be and it was that and more. I would highly recommend Sophie and the team. Thanks again to you all :)

My daughter and I can't thank Sophie, Rachel and Shaneen enough for their kindness, generosity and sensitivity in planning my beloved Aunt's funeral. At an incredibly difficult time they were marvellous in helping us get through the various administrative processes. And being able to get everything done through the same firm, from grave plot, through flowers and Order of Service eased the pain and distress. We are also eternally grateful for being able to see my Aunt as many times as we wished before the funeral. The celebrant suggested to us was also immensely helpful and sensitive and family and friends have said that the graveside service was lovely. And our memorial framed photograph and book are very much appreciated and a lovely and welcome surprise. Nothing was too much trouble for Sophie, Rachel and Shaneen and as a result my dear Aunt was given the beautiful funeral that she so richly deserved.
