        I had a beautiful porcelain light grey tiled kitchen floor laid just over three years ago, but in the last few months it had started to mark badly and no matter how much I steam cleaned it, I could not remove the marks and had resorted to buying an assortment of rugs to hide the marks. I found Awesome Flooring Restoration online and called Phillipe in the hope he could help ! He came to look at the floor and concluded it was dirty, so that when I tried to remove certain marks and 'scrubbed' too much, it was simply removing the dirt so the contrast with the rest of the tile made it look like a mark. Apparently my steam cleaning was just moving the dirt around !!! So Philllipe came back just a week later and stripped and deep cleaned the tiles and grout, and now they look like they did when they were first laid, the floor looks like new, I am very happy !!! Would 100% recommend this company.
