        Been at this surgery since I was a child. Unfortunately, over the years it has gradually got worse and worse. The wait times to even get a response is beyond a joke these days. Impossible to contact by phone unless you dial 1 second past 8am. On numerous occasions I have waited almost a week just to get a response. Really not good when you are waiting on a prescription and run out during that wait. Id love to file a complain, but lets be honest, where will that get you? Absolutely nowhere is the answer.

        Really kind and dedicated team despite all the difficulties the NHS is currently facing. Honestly dont know how they keep going and stay so patient focused. Admin team have been amazing at sorting out appointments and chasing referral letters.
