Greatly improved service following Merger. Found them excellent in recent sudden emergency. Askmygp responses almost immediate.and can facilitate tests at the Health Centre very quickly ie bloods test appointments currently within 48 hrs.

Litteraly the worst GP clinic I have ever been too.. ok its the second one I have ever been too but its still appalling! Everytime I need to get my medication there is some issue that makes it take 2-3 weeks of walking up there.. I need to order the meds every 2-3 months and its a 2 hour walk all around so its a real pain in the butt. Back in December they also said they would refuse to give me a prescription for my hormones or even speak to me, so I had to go to my old gp and ask for help. Thankfully my old one helped but they said its discussing that I was being ignored. idk if its coz I'm trans needing hrt Meds or if they are just bad all around, ether way this place is bad.

If you want to be routinly ignored, this paractice if got you! It's a shame to as this practice used to be good and actually help me when I have a problem. Now I have to book appointments to talk about booking appointments. Ive been treated awefully by Dr spink who Ive seen for lady troubles, waited a full hour to get chastised about my mental helth issues when I was seeing her for a completely different issue, had her act like I was wasting her time and got told I needed to eat less, what was horrible advice when it had been disclosed to my doctors that I wasnt eating enough in the first place. Its a shame because there are some wonderful doctors, even looking past the timing issues.

Useless. Have never been exactly stellar (with the exception of one GP), but my lord. I'm 46 and have been with the practice for most of my life yet having sat on hold for 30 mins at 4pm I'm told you can't book an appointment anymore and it's just a first come first served on a day-to-day basis. So it's basically a 1 in a hundred chance at 8am every day. Amazing. I don't even want much of their time, as GP wouldn't be able to do anything anyway, just a referal would be nice. Would take them all of 5 minutes.
