After lots of to-ing and fro-ing and changes of mind I took my daughters to Liz today to get their ears pierced. Liz was absolutely wonderful with them and made the whole experience so much fun that my youngest daughter asked tonight if she could do it all over again
Liz created a wonderful atmosphere with her great sense of humour. She was gentle, kind, approachable and incredibly thorough and my children adored her immediately; this included a child who had to be chased for a pre-operation needle last year.
I know this is the time of year we get pestered about not wanting to wait another twelve months and so I wanted to just say that I would give the whole experience today a huge A++.
