After a bad experience at another groomers I was so happy to find short bark and sides.I never normally leave reviews but after such a wonderful experience I couldnt not. They did an amazing job with my very nervous but lovely girl. The ladies were so kind and helpful and wonderful at their job. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I was recommended here by my usual groomer when he took a few months off of work. I have a Wire Fox Terrier who has been hand-stripped for all of his 7 years. I told them when I dropped him off that he is fully stripped by hand and only his legs are scissored, all to breed standard. They called after 1 hour 45 minutes to say he was ready - for comparison it normally takes 3.5 hours. They had SHAVED his chest, his face, his neck, his back end with clippers, and scissored his tail , presumably to save themselves the bother. Im absolutely fuming once wire coats have been shaved its almost impossible to bring them back to the original condition, where they can be stripped again, and the Black and Tan colours of his neck and face will NEVER be the same, nor the texture. I never write reviews but Im so furious that they have ruined my dogs coat with their laziness. Plus the neighbour was shouting over the hedge to shut your dogs up, which apparently happens all day, and was very uncomfortable. Id leave zero stars if that were an option. Avoid if you want a professional job and your wishes adhered to.
