Charlotte has always been quick to respond and able to identify the best options available to us. When there happened to be a billing dispute with the Service Provider over roaming charges she stepped in to ensure the matter was resolved to our satisfaction.

It was a pleasure to deal with Charlotte in transferring our accounts to Cybermo, who understood how busy i was with managing several other IT projects at the same time. In the past year with them as a supplier we have experienced great customer service, transferring numbers was a stress free experience and you can actually get through to the team straightaway to resolve any issues. They are proactive in sending out alerts from the mobile providers about service issues, so you don't waste time contacting them to ask why a sales team member cannot make calls. We were bought out by a large Australian based company and had to merge their UK mobile tariffs with our own tariffs. Cybermo provided us with our desired solution to have one monthly bill even though we are using several networks due to staff being spread across the UK and requiring the best network service for their location.
