P2C have recently taken over our telephone and broadband in our 2 offices, and the process has been smooth. We really noticed the difference in the recent bad weather when we needed to divert calls. It was done in minutes and set to switch back after office hours, whereas from previous suppliers this has taken a long time to organise. They couldn't have made it any easier for us and our clients were still able to reach us as normal. The helpdesk are always happy to answer questions, and the new system works really well. Highly recommended!
