I had a leak from under the kitchen sink in a property we let out. Access to the leak was difficult. Pav turned up on time, assessed that he would need more time to do the job and arranged a convenient time for his return. He then completed the job but noticed my boiler condenser drain pipe was not properly glued - which I knew but had not got round to myself! He fixed that without any extra charge. I shall use him again when it next comes to the annual gas service.

After our boiler failed, Paul assessed the property and proposed various alternative replacement options at our request; and very promptly knowing that we were without hot water. Excellent communication from the offset. From quotation through to completion, we were very satisfied with his competence, cleanliness, and proactive approach. Whilst replacing the boiler, Paul also unclogged a problematic tap and tidied up our messy pipework in and around the boiler area. Very impressed with his work and would not hesitate to recommend! We had an old water system that relied on a pump to deliver pressure Paul installed a new hot water tank and pressure system and bypassed the old cold water tank, quite a big job in all. Paul was quick, efficient and knew exactly what we needed. We have no hesitation in recommending him to you, and will certainly call on him again for future jobs. Service: Installation
