Wine Rack

I was returning an amazon item at this store. The member of staff was excellent. She explained how the system worked, wrapped the item properly (I'd done a poor job), and was extremely patient with me. I've used this off license many times. They have a really good selection of wines, and the staff are helpful.

Staff are always friendly, and knowledgeable on the products available. Great offers on wines, and a lovely selection of gin and ales including locally produced products. A better selection of vaping products than many Vape shops too.

(18/12 17:35) Just went to the Farnham Ridgeway Wine Rack & was asked is that an Evri Parcel I had to drop off which I replied yes, without any apology or sympathy as it was raining heavy outside that she was not taking any more Evrie's today as they had enough already & basically was busy serving another customer for Wine. Which is fine but to say nothing else like please come back tomorrow or anything I feel is extremely rude & unprofessional. I also said isn't there an Evri drop off at Tesco Express up the road which she replied if they have any room,. I can tell you that Tesco Express warmly welcomed my Evri Parcel & I purchased items which I original was going to purchase from Wine Rack, Tesco Express will now get all my business.
