Sana Soft Tissue Therapy

For many years I have suffered with spells of dizziness, thought to be due to an old neck injury. Jo Graham has been seeing me and giving me great relief. Her massages have helped tremendously. They are not too fierce ( I have osteoarthritis in the neck bones that were damaged) but firm enough to really help. She is so good at putting one at ease and explains what the problem is and how she can help with the massage. Along with the massage, she gave me exercises to do and I can honestly say that things have improved one hundred percent. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.

Jo was recommended to me as l have been suffering in terrible pain in my heal (Plantar Fasciitis) l was struggling to walk any distance and couldnt sleep. Jo has magic hands she could tell exactly where l was in pain just by touch. I have seen Jo over the last 7 months and with her amazing knowledge, magic hands and regular exercises at home, l am now pain free and very relieved. Thank you Jo.

Absolutely incredible, jo has changed my day to day life. After seeing many different professionals in different fields of expertise to help me with my shoulder problems, I met jo in September 2021 and at the time I couldnt even scratch my own back with my left arm due to lack of mobility in my shoulder. I have been seeing jo regularly for four months now and I can scratch my own shoulder blade, play golf, go swimming, cycling and many other activities that I wasnt able to do for a long period of time. Since having an operation in 2020 on my shoulder I have seen multiple physios and masseuses and havent really taking many steps forward, with jo I feel that help she gives in clinic as well as exercises to do at home, has been the best thing for me. She is very knowledgeable and provides great after care. I feel like she really wants to help me. I am so thankful for everything you have done and are doing for me. I really had given up on seeing any improvement with my shoulder, but you have made such a difference recently and you have allowed me to get my life back and enjoy so many activities I had to give up.
