        Didnt turn up TWICE to clean a living room carpet for my grandparents in their 80s who spent the morning, both times, empty the living room of furniture. they had to call to see if they were arriving to be told no, either double booked or wasnt booked in properly. They are very disappointed and will be not using this service or any similar service from lack of trust. Would not recommend

        I have now used Clean A Carpet on 2 occasions. Both times for stubborn stains from a new puppy and a paint spill that I did not think would come out. Ian has always arrived punctually and goes about his work in an extremely professional manner, would not even know he is in the house. Always polite and courteous. Both times I have been very happy with the outcomes and my carpets have been restored to new. I would happily recommend Clean A Carpet to anyone requiring their carpets cleaned.
