Purchased a car 6 weeks ago, next day engine light came on this was fixed after lots of phone calls to cinch, also noticed the tracking was out and the tires was very close to bald, was promised this would be dealt with still waiting no replys to emails still no answer on when the tracking and tires will be fixed after being promised and have been told by a member of the cinch team the car shouldnt have been sold to me with the tires so low (not there policy standards) not to mention the chip missing on the rear back. Been on hold for over 1 hour never again would I purchase from cinch very disappointed.

Absolutely awful from start to finish - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CINCH! After initially ordering a 2015 VW polo with low mileage and a good service history, i felt assured the car wouldnt have any major issues or faults, especially as cinch supposedly do a 300 point check. The day after receiving the car, I got in to drive to work to find the engine management light had come on the dash! Subsequently I rang RAMP as instructed by cinch, and as friendly as they came across it was obvious they had no knowledge or much experience and didnt fill me with reassurance. The car got booked in to the earliest appointment at the closest dealership to me (2 weeks away) and ramp arranged collection via RAC, when it came to the day of collection I waited in all day for RAC to not even turn up after multiple phone calls and promises they were on route, the car missed the appointment and I had to wait another week for the next available appointment The garage then made me aware that the car had multiple issues, such as an oil leak & gearbox issues. After cinch finally approved the garage taking the gearbox out, I found out the car needed new mechatronics costing over 2k. I rang ramp multiple times requesting an update on what was going on with no help or answers, it became clear they didnt know what was going on so I rang cinch after around a week of no news from anyone to then be told the work WOULD NOT be approved by cinch and the car needs to be returned to Cinch and I needed to collect my belongings and take the spare key to the garage. It has since taken weeks to finally receive my refund, after speaking with multiple people and being lied to multiple times. One of the most frustrating things being no employees have individual contact emails/numbers, so it is almost impossible to speak with one person and very easy for them to ignore you and suddenly stop replying even when they have promised answers. After all of the hassle and stress, the most cinch could do is offer me 100 which is shocking considering I am out of pocket with petrol left in the vehicle, insurance etc. There is much more I could put into this review as this is just the tip of the iceberg, but hopefully this should prevent any potential buyers from using cinch - the company is ran by kids who clearly dont know what is going on or what they are doing. I have never experienced anything so dreadful in terms of customer service and wouldnt want anyone to have the same experience, it is also worth noting cinch and we buy any car are owned by the same company & Cinch had losses of 149m in 2022.

After sales are great and they need to be when the cars they send out are good for nothing but the tat-yard, after returning several cars I really do believe they palm off the cars that cant be sold on the forecourt (due to the public seeing the state of them) to poor internet buyers, shame on you!

I gotta say from online to purchasing the car it was very easy. But that's about the only thing that was easy. When the day of the car being delivered came I was told there was a delay. I didn't mind this as I was off all day and had nothing planned for the day. When the car finally arrived 8 hours later the lady dropping it off, told me it had been put In with the scrape cars ( Red Flag should off been spotted here). None the less the car looked fine and was as shown In picture's. But only a week in to the drive I had this weird knocking noise. So I phoned Cinch and they arranged for a garage to look at it , no surprise there own garages can't hear this noise . I then proceeded to get my own report done by my own garage who sent this off. Again nothing heard. I am now 7 months into owning this vehicle and it has many more issues which was flagged in service and now cinch care which I pay for are ignoring me. I would say spend your money else where. Overpriced and cars are not sold as seen and you just get fobbed off. I will now be seeking legal action. I feel this is the only option I have left. UPDATE ON THE CAR. After just one year of owning the car, it died. They was to many issue to be financially affordable. The finance company I purchased through delayed the car a write-off and gave me most of my money back. To say the least, I have not gone back to Cinch to buy another car and went main dealer. I found their second-hand cars in better care and proper full service history.

Anything but a faff free experience despite what Rylan might tell you. 18k car paid for in full and delivered covered in scratches around the boot which were not declared, the heating and a/c unit had failed (how they didn't know this when they drove the car 160 miles to drop it off - yes, it wasn't even on a transporter), the rear LED light cluster was also not working. Then fobbed off to third party warranty company. To top it off after heavy rainfall the boot filled with water so I rejected the car completely. Cinch then keep 250 of your money until you return the logbook (at your expense) whilst you also have to remove the tax and insurance from the car. I have since found out they are part of the same group as WEBUYANYCAR so people trade in their trash and then Cinch must try to resell it. AVOID.
