        I use this Waitrose daily. Im a regular customer and love the in store experience, but Im so infuriated by Deliveroo here. On numerous occasions an item wont be available and yet you still have to continue with your order. Today I ordered eggs and baking powder to bake with my little girl. I obviously wouldnt usually do this on Deliveroo but had no means of leaving the house! The eggs werent available so they charged me 8 for baking powder. Its disgusting!!! Do better Waitrose and offer an option to cancel the order if items are not in stock, or a replacement - I dont care what eggs I have! This has happened so many times now. Left angry and frustrated!

        Always well stocked with wide variety of good quality items in each category. There always seem to be some nice new and different items to try. Fish counter is great on choice and quality and good value especially on Fish Friday. Kippers are always the best. Good to be able to get free parking for shopping in both Waitrose and Farnham as a whole. Self check out quick and easy with queues rare.
