I would give 0 stars if possible. Barbara Reid Sinclair and Nicholas Day are utterly useless and some of the most ignorant, lazy and under qualified people you have ever met. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Our whole building despises them both!!! And I swear, you have never met people being paid to be this ignorant. That is what Edgefield is.

We work for quite a few Property Management companies as a contractor and have done for over 10 years, and i must say that Edgefield Estates are definitely one of the best! A lot of the time we end up being the middle men between the client and the managing agent and the feed back we hear is always good. We frequently recommend Edgefield Estates Management and If anyone is looking to change management companies, I would fully recommend getting in touch with them, i know they will be more than happy to help!

Edgefield Estates Management (Farnham) Limited were appointed to manage Imperial Park just over two years ago. Denise Westbrook of Edgefield estates is responsible for the day to day management of the estate. I find them very helpful and responsive . Any problems are resolved quickly through their extensive network of contractors and tradesmen.

This company are probably the rudest and most arrogant people I have ever dealt with. Constantly after your money, whenever you have an issue with the estate and it's going to cost them something, they don't want anything to do with it and nothing gets done. Honestly learn from my mistakes and never buy or lease a house that is on a private estate and these crooks are the management company. If I could give 0 starts I would!
