Elisabeth Pilates

I chose Elisabeth purely by chance however I'm a great believer that sometimes chance gives you something "marvellous" Elisabeth is an inspirational teacher and provides the technical ability with grace and humour and makes you feel that you really are benefiting from her class. I've been going to Pilates for some years and when you find the right teacher ,you know. The structure of her lessons and the level of detail ensuring you get the best from her class is terrific. If I had more time I'd go more than once a week. I cannot recommend Elisabeth more highly as an extraordinary dedicated Pilates teacher and I feel privileged to be part of her classes.

Elisabeth is an amazing Pilates teacher - shes very knowledgeable and experienced, and has a talent for identifying the needs of her individual clients, in terms of exercises and advice as well as in terms of support and encouragement - and her classes are always friendly and fun. As a local osteopath Ive referred many patients to Elisabeth, whenever I felt they needed support in strengthening, stretching or building a better posture, and they have always come back happy and improved. Me and my team have complete faith in her ability to help our patients, and as happy clients ourselves we highly recommend her!

Elizabeth is an incredible teacher and trainer. I have been attending her one to one sessions with reformer practice for over 9 months, the difference it has made to my health and well being has been incredible. Elizabeth spends time to learn about your needs and designs your practice around it. Her studio at her home is very welcoming and she makes every session enjoyable. Personally, I used to suffer from back pain for many year, thanks to the exercises we have done together, I have recovered mostly, my posture has improved and I recently completed a 100 mile long Charity walk. I also like that Elizabeth pushes me at every practice session with a new challenge. I have been going to Elisabeth's equipment classes for nearly 4 years after I had a back operation. I am much more strong and stable and Elisabeth is brilliant at noticing individual problems and finding new ways to tackle them.
