Ed Fit in Farnham

My Friday starts with Ed, hard work and always something new. I feel stronger and importantly less prone to injury when running or on the bike. My couple of sessions have turned into a routine, love it, well done Ed.

I absolutely love my PT sessions with Ed and highly recommend to anyone looking to get stronger, fitter or change shape. The sessions are perfectly tailored to my needs. Every session is unique & challenging and after just a few months, the benefits are clear improved tone, core strength and enhanced performance in cycling & running. Absolutely brilliant.

Ed has changed my life, if Im honest. Before I began training with him I was struggling a lot with both my mental and physical health, and he has given me support and guidance to make permanent changes to the way I feel. He is the best personal trainer I have ever had. He will take you to your goals and beyond. I cant recommend him enough.

Ed runs a great little gym. He knows his stuff and his easy going nature makes him an ideal personal trainer. I would highly recommend Edfit.

I've been working out with Edward for some time now after transferring from circuit classes in another well known gym. I find that Edward pays special attention to your form so that you avoid any unnecessary injuries which I was having a lot of. His knowledge of nutrition, health, physio and physical fitness is incredible so you really get the full package with Edward and see realtime results. You are in a safe and capable space with Edward!
