My husband and I went there for the first time. Excellent customer service spent nearly 2 hours there didn't feel rushed. They actually seemed to care about your eyes and getting the right prescription for our eyes.

Having struggled to find frames for my first pair of glasses I popped into C.E. Hall having tried all the other opticians in Farnham. Their range of frames was by far the best in Farnahm with a great selection in terms of colour, frame size and shape and price. The service was perfect. I was left to look and try on frames and then offered help once I was struggling to decided between two pairs. The optician then suggested other frames based on the two I had picked and really helped me determine which pair met my fussy requirements. Glasses arent cheap so I wanted to select a pair I was really happy with and I was a fussy customer but I was never made to feel that way and the patience shown was faultless. My glasses were ready to collect the next day and Im thrilled with them. I cant recommend enough.

As a family we have been visiting Halls Optometrists for 17 years. Over the years, Ben and his team have provided us with superior and distinctive care that is rarely seen in the world of Optometry... and indeed anywhere requiring customer service and high levels of customer experience. Halls provide a comprehensive experience, focusing on not only high quality eye tests and checking the health of the eye, the next step in the journey is choosing glasses or contact lenses, which is a very personal thing. Hall's understanding of how to look after a human being, whilst providing excellent attention can only be described as exceptional. And this ... is why we go back to Halls time and time again.
