I have just finished an amazing shopping experience at whistles thanks to the outstanding staff. Tracy was the best example of what a member of retail staff should be. She styled me so beautifully that despite me going into the store in tears, I left with a huge smile on my face and two large bags. Her service (and her colleagues) was so special and personal. If youre in need of someone to give you a helping hand in feeling good then look no further. Thank you! Well be back soon x

Exceptional service in store last Friday. I was looking for a wedding outfit and the team were very helpful - especially Laura. Thanks to her I have a lovely dress that I'm really looking forward to wearing! Thanks again.

I called this branch to try and find a Whistles dress that was out of stock in most stores. Louise' level of customer service was unbelievable- she rang around multiple stores and did not rest until she found it for me- ringing me back several times until she had it solved! Truly impressed - I haven't come across customer service like this in years. Thank you Louise- Whistles are lucky to have you!
