Unfortunately I would not be so generous on the reviews on the letting side. I had to call 3 times to book a viewing for a property to view, gave my details 4 times: calls and online chat live! And the second person I spoke to after the first told me I would be contacted but was not. Tom Jennings was rather blunt and rude. Told me he would contact me back with no deadline of when. So I had to call AGAIN hoping to speak to someone else to be told that viewings were already being organised for the following week. What a way of being disorganised! How many times do you need to get someone details into your system to be told again and again oh we dont know yet or we dont have access. DO NOT PUT A PROPERTY UP ON THE MARKET UNTIL YOU KNOW when and where you can arrange viewing its a waste of time afterwards and feels really pushing and almost harassment having to call back many times to confirm almost day to day. Extremely hard to call a nightmare!

Never could we have imagined an estate agent who works as hard as Laura. She went above and beyond not only for the sale of our house, but when we were purchasing one. She helped with finding legal documents, information about the listing and even came to take further photos of our house to help answer the buyers questions while we were on holiday. Communication has been superb throughout and she was always super positive regardless of the situation, even when I was getting a bit grumpy with a buyers demands. I don't think the sale of our house would have gone through with any other agent. We met most of the Savills agents during the sale and purchase process. Everyone was absolutely lovely. If we do every look to move again, I would always go with Savills.
