Had a bespoke ring made from Previous ring Richard and Vanessa spent time helping me decide on a design, the outcome was spectacular absolutely amazing , customer care and service outstanding I would highly recommend a visit and purchase.

I went to Richard and Vanessa for wedding bands for my fiance and I, based on a recommendation from a friend. The process could not have been easier, with Richard and Vanessa immediately putting us at ease. We were incorporating gold from a family ring and I was apprehensive about entrusting the ring to anyone as it holds strong sentimental value to me. The Herolds made me feel very comfortable and it never felt like we were being pushed at any point. Their expert knowledge and insight was obvious from the start and we couldn't be happier with our finished rings. I genuinely can't stop looking at mine - it's exactly what I wanted and I can't thank Richard and Vanessa enough for making the process so pleasant.

I cannot put into words how incredible Richard and Vanessa are, but I'll give it a try. It's a daunting task going to buy an engagement ring, and having visited multiple jewellers I had just about given up with the patronising, pushy salesmen I encountered. From the first second I walked through the door of their shop, Richard and Vanessa put me completely at ease - warm, friendly, genuine, knowledgeable. The process of buying and adjusting the ring could not have been smoother, the pricing is incredibly reasonable without jeopardising quality. My fiancee and I were both blown away when we collected the finished product this morning, it was perfect in every way. Such incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship. Long may Richard and Vanessa continue with this amazing shop, we will without a doubt be back for our wedding bands soon!! Would recommend without a shadow of a doubt - even if you just want some friendly advice and support to cut through the rubbish you get from other jewellers!!!
