Absolutely terrible. The doctor I spoke to was very passive aggressive and didn't want to listen to my symptoms, she had no clue what she was talking about and she actually didn't take me seriously at all. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance (was supposed to be in person, got over the phone instead), and they changed the date of my appointment, giving me less than a days notice, and then left multiple angry voice mails when I couldn't answer the phone. Not a place to seek health care at all.

Recently joined this surgery and they've been brilliant. They've been prompt with my prescriptions, always responded to e-consult quickly, and booking appointments has been easy. I've only been at the surgery for a month but so far so good. The NHS is stretched beyond belief at the moment and every surgery will have its difficulties sometimes no matter where you register but you can tell this surgery are trying their best. Dr Wernick is a really good doctor and I really like that you're allocated a specific doctor to see, as they over time will get to know you and it's especially helpful when people like myself have extensive medical history.

It is not best surgery, doctors are best but administration staff are very rude specially Sam she is very very rude for everybody she doesnt know how to behave people . She think and behave like surgery is her own private home.

My wife went to book an appointment yesterday. Nothing available! Told to try next week to see if an appointments had become available?! She was not asking for an urgent appointment just an appointment. This is while they are actively looking for new customers according to the sign outside. So presumably looking to get more income in without actually offering any service.
