        Disappointing agency now was a lot better 15 years ago, initially seem nice but make you interview for every temporary job over teams with client (even for jobs less than 3 week contracts). Junior staff tells you to have a few questions ready to ask client then after the main boss say you shouldn't of asked any questions.Also don't provide job specs and make up new jobs with client to the one you are applying for like airshow.
