Took my Golf in for a full service, which he did, but he spotted so many other things about the car also - the fact the rear windscreen wiper was shot, that there was a bit of brake judder & one or two other things too which showed his care. & attention.
As someone who generally finds himself thrilled if the garage could be arsed to just do the basic service half decently, to find someone who goes way above & beyond that feels a bit like unearthing a Gandalf of the mechanicing world..
And he likes dogs too. Never trust anyone who doesnt like dogs..
