        I recently instructed Kidd Rapinet to make my Will and to be my Executors. I have received professional and satisfactory service and advice from Ms Woolgar in making and finalising my Will.

        Have used this this firm in the past and they were ok. But our recent conveyancing process was made particularly challenging due to the telephone. In 1876 the telephone was invented, and throughout the 20th century it was used to communicate. Even today its common to call people to discuss urgent problems or quickly convey a message. But not at Kidd Rapinett. Sure the receptionist has heard of the telephone, but its invention has gone unnoticed in the conveyancing department. That or they have some kind of severe allergy to it. Either way you cannot get hold of your solicitor on the phone. Period. I cant recommend using a local firm that might was well be in outer space.
