Ive been a customer of Alisons for about 29 years and shes nothing short of hugely professional, polite, and efficient. During lockdown I had to go elsewhere where they were half an hour late and the manager there was rude. Last week I rang to see if Alison now had availability and she gave me an appointment for this afternoon. This morning her husband Andreas rings to say he had to cancel my appointment. I saidoh ok but rang back to ask if I could arrange another appointment. He said I had thrown a fit in his salon last time I was there saying Alison was late and upsetting her !! This never happened - he clearly knows Danny from Remington-Harrow and decided to stop me getting my hair done by either salon. Im deeply saddened that he would make such a false allegation against a customer of 20 years plus Alison Zucharro has never been less than a wonderful stylist and friend in my book.

It was great to have my hair cut and restyled so beautifully by Alison yesterday but even more important is the fact that I felt completely safe in the salon.
