Toni & Guy Farnham

I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time. When you arrive at Toni & Guy, you are greeted warmly and the person who greets you makes you feel special and appreciated. It is the little things which make a significant difference. For example, one is offered a beverage, which is lovely. I am not telling people what to do (i.e. a friendly suggestion and not a criticism), but it would be nice if some fruit was available because for some reason, people are often inclined to eat healthy items at a hairdresser - taking care of one's hair and taking care of one's body go well together. For example, at one point in time, Toni & Guy offered people strawberries and blueberries. One might come to the conclusion that this place is slightly expensive, but you consistently get what you pay for and it is worth it. ***We recently attended this place and it has been refurbished. They also had some fresh fruit at the front. Someone named Rebecca did my partner's hair. She did an excellent job and the members of staff asked people if they wanted tea and/ or water. The refurbishments make this place look even better.***

All the staff are so accommodating and the salon is super clean and stylish ! First time I had my hair done here and havent had it done since ages ! I wanted to have a nice clean cut with some layers, got my hair done by Sophie, shes so nice and is so gently with my hair ! Im definitely coming back soon as I want to do something different color wise to my hair and dont trust most people but I feel I could definitely trust these people thanks so much see you soon x

I got my haircut here last Friday I wasnt super happy after but thought it was fine I later noticed its visibly wonky. I realised this after I had washed my hair and brushed it straight. Ive had my hair done here before and it was really nice but had another hairdresser this time. Would expect better for paying 59 *Edit: Manager called me after seeing review and offered for my hair to be fixed. Its unfortunate about the original haircut but Im really impressed with how the manager has handled the situation and it couldnt have been handled better Thank you Sam!
