I have worked with DeSouza over the last 10 years, whilst in various roles and within different organisations - and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their bespoke venue finding service saves me crucial time and resource when planning anything from a large customer event, to finding a meeting room for an internal meeting. The team are always so prompt and attentive, and brilliant at finding options and solutions, whatever budget, timeframe or the size of the event. With corporate budgets and resources being cut across industries, I would thoroughly recommend DeSouza as an extension of your marketing or events department.

On Wednesday morning, 13th July at 09h09 I called DeSouza Associates and gave them quite a challenge - find me an offsite venue close to our Langley offices and btw, I need this for tomorrow - of course they delivered! Our air conditioning in our building failed and I needed to relocate our SLT meeting and Lida came up trumps. Despite the countless obstacles of limited venue availability, very short notice, loads of equipment requests for the room for a SLT meeting and space to host our company monthly update for UK and connection to several international offices, this was a massive ask. DeSouza Associates found a lovely venue in Windsor and the day was a huge success as the meeting went off well and the company update without any hitches in a room that had working air conditioning. The hotel staff were very accommodating and we were very well catered for with lunch in the restaurant and unlimited tea & coffee, endless snacks and an exec lounge to spill into for breaks, literally outside the meeting room. I was looking for a venue for a corporate event at very short notice, and put in my inquiry to DeSouza Associates - frankly not expecting much traction given the timescales. Lida called me back within the hour, having already come up a couple of venues and solutions. She was prompt and attentive, and thought of every detail we might need for the event. Through no fault of Lida's, we were unable to go ahead with the event in the end, but I would thoroughly recommend DeSouza Associates' fantastic and personal service, and would certainly use them again myself. I was looking for venues in Liverpool and London and DeSouza were fantastic, even through several date changes to the event. They gave me a range of very different event spaces to see, with a full event spec for each, and they even found venues on our own home turf that we didn't know existed. I am looking forward to working with this professional and friendly team again.
