If you have a child with you you are told to leave child/baby out side or the child has to go in on their own
The receptionist extremely rude and unprofessional with no thought or common sense.
The practice manager at extremely rude and no thought about parents with young children to be left outside by a busy road
If he was that concerned why didnt he have a mask on ?
Waiting Rooms can be made Safe why are they not able to here
