1st didn't receive any notification before the appointment,
2nd there was no communication from them before or after the appointment, I have marked it as it was the 17 December, and once there were no messages as previously done, I presume my date was correct,
I then say that my dentist will need to pay me fees for my time, I went with my son for an appointment, to arrive and be told they had not booked him for that day, and we received confirmation by message,
I had an appointment booked and 25min. Before a call saying the nurse didn't show, so the appointment needs to be moved,
The audacity and lack of respect from this company charging fees when they don't do their work correctly,

Dentists seem to come and go, lengthy delays for appointments during courses of treatment. My last filling (very painful when done) lasted less than 6 months and they refused to take any responsibility beyond telling me it should have been a crown and some nonsense about 20% of crowns need root canal work (I don't). They even charged me to have the failure looked at.
Very good a chasing payment though
Form your own conclusions, I went elsewhere.
