Incompetent staff and admin. JAMES HISLOP decided to just stop messaging me about my concerns with the poorly run docklands bikc event where I'm still awaiting a refund I was promised.... sending a email a week which is going to lead to seeking legal advice.

Appalling staff and management, Me and my friends have been falsely accused of damaging their property and drinking in between sessions, and have subsequently been blacklisted for something we haven't done.

I've been a recurring member for a number of years now - due to the massive influx of complete amatuers and non karters alike, you can always expect one or two sessions in every few to be ruined & badly martialled, but last week I decided, after being black flagged twice for 'overtaking on yellow' (there were 2 karts stationary on the track, spun out & I went, as company rules state, walking pace past them) and then black flagged again for 'driving with one hand'. Instead of things flaring I chose to leave the kart in the pits, go get changed & requested to the manager that my race be refunded. he said he can't refund my money but he can transfer points back onto my account. I begrudgingly agree to awake the next morning with an email blacklisting my account and saying i'm not welcome back on terms of safety or some bull?? Manager Sam is either spooning head office or spinning complete lies; either way nobody is interested at head office. such a shame to see a once great establishment of Daytona ruined by irresponsible and unprofessional clowns.
