        I bought a ZKTeco inBio 260 from Idency for the local charity I work at because I was appalled by the support offered by our original equipment provider. Despite the simplicity of our needs, we had problems with the inBio and ZKAccess software talking to each other. Idency supported us all the way. I'm please to say the system is working and I will be returning to Idency for any future needs. Happy to recommend Idency.

        I bought a Smart-i smarthome security package from Idency last month (including cameras, door sensor and wifi socket). It's a great product but I needed a bit of support in the installation. Idency were great and helped me as much as I needed. Great customer support. Highly recommend them.
