I enjoyed Busylizzy so much during my maternity. Iloved the variety of exercise classes, working out with other local Mums motivated me and made the classes fun to attend. The baby classes were fantastic too, so much for my baby's development and great to see thesame faces each week and make friends. The combination of fitness and baby classes gave each week variety and ensured we were getting out of the house and having some routine! The instructors were all so supportive, understanding and knowledgeable, it really is a great place to make the most of your mat leave for you and your baby, I would thoroughlyrecommend.

I've been going to pregnancy Pilates and yoga for 8 weeks now and it's fab. I've found that the Pilates has really helped my strength and posture and the yoga has really helped me to relax and ease back pain. Most of all it's great to surround yourself with other pregnant women so you can meet people in the same boat, I look forward to returning after I've had my baby to the mummy and me classes

Loving Busylizzy! Super range of classes for baby and mum. I love the flexibility - you can choose how to spend your class credits, can book on just before the class, and can cancel 2 hours before the class. Rebecca, the Farnham club owner, is very organised and responds quickly to emails. Favourite baby class probably baby yoga - my baby loves doing the various exercises and it's given me lots more confidence handling my baby and given me more ideas for things to do with her at home. Favourite mummy class - pilates or yoga - both give more advanced options than a lot of mummy&baby classes so you can push yourself a bit more if you want.
