        Solent Child Care is a fantastic company to work for. All the team are extremely supportive and you are made to feel part of the family. The level of care and support that they offer the children is outstanding! The children are at the centre of everything and the level of commitment is excellent, all done through therapeutic approaches. The company supports training and development, and they celebrate individual's achievements. It is a lovely environment to work in and I highly recommend the company!

        I really enjoy working for a company that is child centered through and through, making a incredible difference to the children that require it the most with adults getting the appropriate support, supervision and training to parent them.

        horrible company only in it for the money, 10 staff quit in 2 months due to this. also ignored complaints about a certain member of staff making the service users uncomfortable
