The place looks lovely and the atmosphere was nice. The staff was fine, not very engaging or friendly. Ordered a takeaway peppermint tea and a cheese bun. The tea tasted decent but the takeaway cups were almost unusable. The lid became warm and very flimsy to the point where it kept slipping off, spilling hot tea over my hands. Good for them for using biodegradable lids but they are definitely not safe to use for hot drinks. Serious safety hazard. The bun I had was nice but nothing special. Willing to give the place a second chance but on first experience I would not recommend unless you sit in, which is difficult since the seating is minimal. 3/10

decided to try this place today with my friends- the staff was alright and the vibes seemed chill. However, I think we made the mistake of opting for takeaway as both of my friends cups were starting to melt and their drinks spilt everywhere. The cinnamon bun I ordered along with my latte wasnt bad, but it was a bit hard in some areas. Would consider trying Hoxton again in the future but not soon.

Ordered a tea, it was lovely. The takeaway cups however somehow melted and was dripping everywhere. When I went to drink the tea, the lid broke and I unfortunately burnt my hand. Bread looked lush though.

Not noticed enter shop, stood for a minute and had to ask for service from the server too busy on their phone. Personally, I Found 2.55 for one hard slightly overcooked croissant a little much.
