I have been having acupuncture with Ian for several years - he helped me initially to overcome severe menstrual pain and offered practical advice around lifestyle and diet to maintain a pain-free life. Regular acupuncture sessions have since helped me manage everything physical and emotional that life has thrown at me. Ian is an experienced and professional practitioner who provides effective treatments in a relaxed and welcoming setting and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I first saw Ian when I was struggling to fall pregnant and was looking for some alternative treatment to support me in my journey. As an affiliate to the Zita West clinic, I chose him from the local options and Im so pleased I did - I was anxious before starting (about the needles and talking with a stranger!) but from the beginning he made me feel comfortable and offered advice and support, when at times I had felt quite low, and the Acupuncture along with emotional support and nutritional advice really helped me during this time. Im pleased to say that I now have a beautiful baby girl and I strongly believe his support during my fertility struggles and pregnancy helped with her arrival. I would recommend Acupuncture with Ian to anyone.

I have been visiting Ian since the end of last year, for both lifestyle changes, stress and sleep as well. I really have seen major changes in my sleep and just generally how i feel daily. I certainly don't feel as stressed out as i once was and by making small changes to my life as suggested by Ian has really helped me feel 100 times better. I would highly recommend visiting Ian to anyone who has a similar problems

I started seeing Ian to compliment my IVF treatment and have not been disappointed. Ian has been a rock throughout this process, Ive had some pretty tough challenges to overcome both emotionally and mentally, with Ians help and support we have worked through nutritional information, the psychological and emotional side of things and the Accupuncture which was very relaxing and frequently sent me into a lovely restful sleep. I personally believe this has been an invaluable experience for my journey to becoming a mother and am really happy to say Im currently 8 weeks pregnant. Without doubt if youre contemplating IVF invest in Ian. I didnt want to be spending a fortune on IVF or leave trying Accupuncture until my sixth or so attempt of failed rounds. I wanted to give IVF everything I had from the start in the hope I would have less rounds of IVF and save thousands. Im happy to say its paid off. Thank you Ian, Im eternally grateful.
