Helen Janes Reflexology

I have been going to see Helen for the last few years now for reflexology treatment. She offers a wonderfully calm environment with soft music, gorgeous scented candles and the most comfortable reclining chair and thick blankets to snuggle in. After an initial chat to check up on any health concerns and what you are hoping to get out of the treatment - she then works her magic. It is the most blissful experience - and I always leave feeling so much more relaxed and centred. She also always follows up with a text the next day to see how you are doing. She is a real gem. Helen Jane's reflexology is absolutely amazing. I had treatment a week ago I told Helen I had pain in my foot and she worked on the area. After the treatment my pain wasn't as bad and still I'm going good. It was such a joyful experience and made me feel so calm I have also slept really well since. I will definitely ne using Helen again in the future.

Helen is a fabulous reflexologist, she is intuitive and sensitive. Her treatments are relaxing and balancing and I felt fabulous afterwards. I highly recommend Helen, you are sure to feel great and sleep amazingly well after just one visit.

Helen has a very calming presence, listened carefully to my issues and concerns and worked on the body systems involved, explaining as she went what she was doing. I felt extremely relaxed and calm after my treatmental with Helen, slept very well and my digestive issues improved. I would highly recommend Helen as a reflexologist. She understands the body so well yet is also empathetic and her setting is so welcoming and calming.
