Wish I had read the more recent reviews here before purchasing. Bought flowers having read the info on the website promising 1-2 days for dispatch and I also paid for next day delivery. 5 days later no dispatch notification. I emailed and then called and was met with someone who really could not care less, didn't get back to me and then said they wouldn't be able to fulfil my order. Apparently Victoria has been unwell for 3 weeks - but then they really need to put something on the website saying they can't fulfil orders. Looking at other reviews it sounds like its been a lot longer than that. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company. Ordered flowers, not arrived. Ignoring calls, texts and emails. If you look at recent posts on her company page, you will see others are having the same issue. Please avoid at all costs.

I ordered my flowers inJune but have still not received them! I have tried to leave messages and call but to no avail. This was definitely not what I expected and was really looking forward to my lovely centrepiece.

I purchased the Old Tin Bowl Winter Whites and it is an absolutely stunning and realistic floral arrangement that far exceeded my expectations. Delivery was super fast and there was a lovely personal note included from Victoria. I will definitely be returning for more floral arrangements in the future.

Beautiful flower arrangement, I absolutely love it, it is so realistic. Amazing quality and service. I am already trying to decide on my next purchase.
