Exceptional service from David. Extremely comprehensive report laid out in a very easy to follow structure with the key points clearly highlighted. David then took time to talk the report through with us in detail and sent through a list of recommended tradespeople for us to liaise with as and when we wanted follow up work undertaken. Highly professional service from an expert and experienced surveyor - I highly recommend David. Cost is also very competitive especially in light of the high level of service that we received from David

David was quick to respond to our initial enquiry, very professional, and carried out a subsidence survey promptly for us. It was thoroughly detailed and explained any and all potential issues with the property.

David was incredibly helpful as we were up against a deadline and reported very quickly the salient important points on the very old house we are buying. He emailed us the portion of the report that the selling agents needed to see. He was very thorough and very realistic in his advice and concerns. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone. Were buying an old cottage so needed someone who understood the house.
