The company rethatched by roof recently and they did a splendid job. Stuart, Steve and Luke worked incredibly hard, sometimes in sub-zero temperatures. They never missed a day and were always on time. The cost was exactly as they quoted which was a relief as sometimes this isn't always so. They are extremely nice young men and were actually a pleasure to have around. My labrador thought they were brilliant and I think the feeling was mutual. I couldn't recommend them more highly. We had a new thatch roof this year and we were very excited to have the work completed to such a good standard. Both Stevie and Stuart were professional and gave guidance when needed. It was always a great pleasure in learning more about how our thatch was being completed and they took time to discuss and show the techniques they were using.They are hardworking and genuinely cared about the work they were doing and how the experience was for us. They achieved an excellent finish on what was a challenging thatch roof and we are very happy with our new beautiful roof.
