        I was looking for a local post office to send off my renewed passport and having read previous reviews here... I was intrigued to meet the lady behind the counter and see how ripped off I would be! In fairness, the lady I met was quite chatty and relatively pleasant! This is your average post office although I am still waiting for my text to confirm my recorded delivery was in fact, delivered... I was satisfied with the customer service. However, I was told not to lick my own envelope because of "germs" which Covid or no Covid is a new one for me.

        Went there today and there was a poster put up saying they're closed due to technical issues...might have been worthwhile if they updated on this website.

        This has to be the worst post office in the whole of the kent area...its ALWAYS got a problem and cannot be used... today's excuse was."we have no receipt printer". Really!!!!! Another poor excuse and yet AGAIN CANNOT post any goods.. ie.."not functional." As usual... please royal mail you need to relocate this post office as it is a total waste of every bodies time...

        Had no parcel bags, Jiffy bags or any type of equipment to be able to post anything. Its a post office. Why is this the case. This is not the only time this has happened. Absolutely woeful
