I recently had my first visit to Lambrou Eye Studio. I was immediately impressed with their Covid 19 measures and felt very safe. I saw Dorothy who was professional, very thorough and answered my questions and concerns carefully, patiently and in a way that I fully understood. Very customer focused and put me at my ease. For several years (Dotti) Dorothy Lambrou has provided myself and my husband with very special eye care. She is always reassuring, patient, full of empathy and really cares about us. She is genuinely always seeking to give the best service and she does we cannot speak highly enough. She is a godsend in her profession.. She is passionate about the equipment that she wants in order to improve all the time. She has recently invested in a new piece of equipment which can look , not only at the back of the eye but at the layers within the eye too. I have macular degeneration and find comfort that she can keep an even more comprehensive view of my situation with this machine. During a lockdown I had an eye problem and was scared. I was asked to send photos so Dotti could assess the situation. She looked at the photos and rang me back that day with her conclusions, she made me feel so much calmer.This just shows the high level of care she always offers. We thank her for that. Dottis staff are efficient and friendly, what a good team!

For several years Dorothy Lambrou has provided us with an excellent professional eye care service and her staff are efficient, friendly and always carefully explain all matters. During one of the recent lockdowns, Valerie obtained an opinion on the 'phone from Dorothy who, the next morning, 'phoned Valerie saying that after further consideration, overnight, Dorothy required Valerie to see her for a personal eye inspection, to check the position, which was done. This is a demonstration of Dorothy's high level of thought, care and attention
