Stepped into this hairdressers to ask a question about getting my hair done in there going forward and it was the most awkward and unfriendly service I think Ive actually ever received. Within about 2 minutes I walked back out and definitely wouldnt go back or recommend. Everyone stared and it took a minute or two for someone to even say hi to me, with how small the shop is I was so surprised - it just came across like an unpleasant atmosphere and not somewhere Id want to spend anymore time at or return

Everything was OK till I reached 1 year of having my hair extensions. After last 2 appointments I was missing 12 strands (6 sandwiches) which is equal 1 pack 170.+ hairdresser was talking about that it has been already 1 year and was trying to push me to buy new hair even if hair was still amazing quality. I noticed that I am missing hair after my last appointment, I counted strands. strands doesn't break easy and if they would, hairdresser is responsible to take them out with care. + let me know that some strands broke. Anyway, be careful girls, and count your hair.

My 700 tapes started coming out within a week of having them fitted. This was probably a manufacturer problem rather than the application, however the way I was treated and spoken to regarding the issue was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. When I couldnt attend my initial hair rescue appointment I was told to just come in and just have the hair out so she could be done with it. And that I was lying about why I couldnt attend. At 7am the next day she then text to say actually its only a retape Im offering... at this point sitting in her salon was the last thing I wanted to do. Absolutely Appalling.
