Ignore posts commented years ago, Debra has new staff and a make over. Well worth a visit in the current climate for a bargain across the board, not just furniture but everything you may need from media to fashion

Awful experience. Left feeling humiliated after trying to donate a perfectly acceptable three piece suite and a washing machine. When I booked the collection, I checked with the woman on the phone that they would take them, describing the condition and confirming relevant safety labels for the furniture. Collection drivers turned up - rude and surly. Made it clear they didnt want to take anything. Claimed the armchair was dirty (it wasnt, it is second hand and slightly worn on one arm). Told them that they had wasted my time and sent them off of my property. How dare this charity make me feel belittled when I was trying to help them with a donation. I have since approached a different local charity who was thrilled to be offered the goods. Give this place a wide berth - they do not deserve the help since they choose to treat people like second class citizens and how dare they send round rude and belligerent collection drivers to humiliate people
